Returns and Refund Policy

CHANDLERY

Returns

  • Timeframe: You have 10 calendar days from the date of receipt to return an item.
  • Condition: Items must be unused and in their original condition with packaging.
  • Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Refunds

  • Inspection: Once we receive your returned item, we’ll inspect it and notify you of its status.
  • Approval: If your return is approved, we’ll initiate a refund to your original payment method. The time for the refund to appear in your account varies by card issuer.

Shipping

  • Return Shipping Costs: You are responsible for the costs of returning the item. These shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Refund Deductions: If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your total refund amount unless the item is faulty.

How to Return Your Item

When returning your item, please include:

  • Your proof of purchase
  • A note stating the reason for the return

BRANDED ENGINE PARTS

Returns are applicable exclusively to standard service components, including spark plugs, impellers, timing belts, motor oil, commonly ordered gaskets, and similar items. Special order items, such as carburetors, gearboxes, cowling, drive shafts, uncommonly ordered parts, and gaskets outside the standard range, which have been procured in error, cannot be accepted for return or exchange. Please note that this list is not exhaustive. 

In the exceptional circumstance that a product is determined to be defective, it is imperative that the return process is initiated within a 30-day period, in strict accordance with the brands established parts return policy. Failure to promptly notify us regarding a received faulty item is likely to result in the disapproval of the return claim.

All returned items will undergo thorough examination by our team and, if necessary, by Yamaha/ Mercury/Mariner, to ascertain the presence of defects. In the event that an item is incorrectly returned as defective, it will be returned to the customer. In such instances, the customer will be liable for the associated shipping charges, as well as an administrative fee of £25 + VAT.
